Description
You can see this being drawn here [link] (up to the 6 hour limit).
I appreciate everyone who took a moment to look at this drawing and/or like it thank you.
I drew this on my 3DS from scratch, using an app called 'Colors! 3D'. I just had to upload this before I got the urge to add more detail (would have driven me crazy trying to smooth things out ).
This is a painting of L, from the live action film titled 'Death Note' based on the anime and manga series 'Death Note' by Tsugumi Obata. In the film, L is played by Kenichi Matsuyama.
It's L when you first see him in the movie. I made his hair a bit more wild, but appart from that, he looks almost exactly like what he does in the movie. I'm very pleased with how sharp and accurate it turned out, considering I had a blurry picture to work with. The most difficult parts were probably the nose and mouth. Smoothing out colours on the face was also difficult and took a lot of time. Getting the colours right was also difficult (I had to use a bit of aqua around the eyes, some bright pink for the cheeks; a few of unexpected colours ). It took a lot of time, effort and patience so I hope you like it
This is probably the first time I've ever painted a painting inside a painting
